Launched in early 2000 to coincide with New Zealand’s winning defence of the America’s Cup. Spirit of Fitzroy met with immediate acclaim from the international boating community for the quality of workmanship and superb finish.
Her seaworthiness was proven on an extended maiden voyage from New Zealand through Suez to the Monaco Boat Show. Spirit of Fitzroy was sold to the first potential owner to come aboard at the Monaco Boat Show.
