In July 2010 Fitzroy Yachts began the construction of Ohana, a 50m performance sloop that was delivered in 2012.
Ohana’s European owner approached Fitzroy Yachts directly to build his latest sailing superyacht.
“It’s especially pleasing to have the client dealing with us exclusively and recognising our reputation for the care and quality we put into our relationships and of course our yachts” said Rodney Martin, Fitzroy Yachts Managing Director.
Dubois Naval Architects have been commissioned by Fitzroy Yachts to design Ohana, with interior design and styling by the owner.
Fitzroy have collaborated successfully with Dubois on many of their boats including the award winning Salperton III (now Artemis), Salperton IV and their most recent launch, 2011 Sailing Yacht of the Year - Zefira.
